Using Stock Photos

Photos are a great way to add personality and color to your cookbook. One of the advantages of using CreateMyCookbook is having access to millions of free photos and premium images. You can add these photos from any page where a picture can be placed, including the front and back cover. To find and add a stock photo, click the "edit" button and head to the "picture" tab. 

You'll see a "Search More" Button. Click on it and you will see a search bar where you can search for the type of photo you want. 

Click on the photo you would like to use, and a window will appear to confirm your image selection. Click the "import photo" button (this may take a few moments). Once the importing has finished, you should see your picture appear in your photo gallery. Click on it, and an orange border will appear indicating it is selected. 

There are millions of images to choose from- some are free, and some are premium images with a small fee (and terms of use). If the image has a fee, a notice will appear when you select it with image details. The premium images are only to be used in your cookbook, and cannot be downloaded from our site for any other purpose. The cost of all paid images in your book will be added to your total book cost at checkout.
